of Fraser is onto a Winner!
No horsing around' as House of Fraser reveals equine
ambition.
House of Fraser today announces a move into the equestrian
world, with the purchase of a thoroughbred race horse, aptly
named after the store. Horse of Fraser will make his
debut at the Grand National on 11th April and is already odds on
favourite to win with leading pundits predicting he could be
first past the post. The Arab stallion has been groomed for
success, making him a stable investment for the retailer.
The race will also mark the launch of a new line of exclusive
equestrian wear from the department store – Dressage at
House of Fraser. The new range will be a safe bet for the
fashion forward rider, harnessing the brand’s trademark style
with technical riding wear. From trend led tweed jackets to chic
chaps and stylish back supports, it includes everything to get
you back in the saddle.
Says a House of Fraser spokesperson, "We are chomping at the bit
to see Horse of Fraser compete in the Grand National. We think
it’s the perfect opportunity to launch our new equestrian Line –
Dressage at House of Fraser by bucking the trend for a
traditional brand launch. We’ve overcome a few hurdles in the
development process so I’m sure it will be an unbridled success!
