Seasonal peaks a double edged sword

Seasonal peaks can be a double edged sword for business customers; on one hand it’s great to harness the rush with themed promotions and offers, on the other the fluctuating traffic make sales hard to manage.

We’ve found that the best way to catch the momentum of seasonal traffic is planning ahead. Find out the special deals that are on offer, and make sure they are prominent. Customers are aware that sellers often promote special deals for special occasions, so are much more likely to keep an eye out for a bargain!
